More About Northeast Ohio Behavioral Health, Ltd

Northeast Ohio Behavioral Health, Ltd. (NEOBH) was created in 1990, and has undergone a number of transformations since its original organization. At present, NEOBH maintains office locations in Cuyahoga Falls , North Canton and Downtown Canton, OH. 

Clinical Leadership:

Continuing Education:
NEOBH actively promotes Continuing Education for our staff members, and is currently a provider of Continuing Education Units for the Counselor and Social Worker Board and the State Board of Psychology.

Recent course offerings at NEOBH have included the following workshops:

The Clinical Staff of NEOBH actively participates in community presentations regarding a variety of subject areas.  We encourage community inquiries regarding the areas of expertise of our clinical staff, and regularly provide presentations designed to educate the public regarding mental health issues.

Recent community presentations offered by members of the Clinical Staff of NEOBH include the following topic areas:

New Office Location:
In 2007, NEOBH will open an additional office location within the CARE Center at Akron Children’s Hospital.  NEOBH will provide assessment and treatment services to child and adolescent victims of sexual abuse and other trauma within the Summit County Child Advocacy Center at Akron Children’s Hospital.  The Summit County Child Advocacy Center is a collaborative project designed to provide a single site location for law enforcement, social services, medical assessment, victim advocacy and mental health professionals who serve the needs of victims of child sexual abuse and other forms of violence.  NEOBH is pleased to be included in this comprehensive project.
