Ms.
Sayre is a 2009 graduate of Walsh
University, and earned a Masters Degree in Counseling and Human
Development. She additionally attended Kent State University,
and in 1992, earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
Ms. Sayre obtained completed the Sex Offender Specialist program from
Ohio University in 2003 and is skilled in the treatment of this special
population. Ms. Sayre has engaged in a number of work
experiences directed toward the care and treatment of adults,
adolescents and children with various types of Developmental
Disabilities, and has implemented therapeutic interventions for these
clients in both residential and community settings.
She has conducted trainings related to the safe and appropriate care of
individuals who are developmentally disabled.
Ms.
Sayre has worked in Community Mental Health agencies with clients
who demonstrate a variety of emotional concerns. She
currently holds a Professional Counselor License and has completed
coursework toward independent licensure as a Professional Clinical
Counselor by the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage
and Family Therapist Board. She is currently supervised in
her work at NEOBH by Gail Mager, M.Ed, PCC-S.
