Ms.
Vasquez is a 2006 graduate of Franciscan University of Steubenville,
where she achieved a Master of Arts in Counseling. She obtained
additional clinical training from Intensive Trauma Therapy in
Morgantown, WV and is certified by Green Cross Academy of
Traumatology as a Clinical Traumatologist and Field Traumatologist. Her
past employment experiences have included inpatient work with
adult clients, on-site work with clients reacting to traumatic
stress, and trauma counseling work with children within a school
environment. Ms. Vasquez has a special interest in trauma work with
children in adoptive placements, and has presented trainings
regarding this topic and other topics related to trauma.
Ms.
Vasquez is licensed as a Professional Counselor, and is working
toward licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor. Her work at
NEOBH is currently supervised by Patricia Seifert, Ph.D., PCC-S and
by Gail Mager, M.Ed., PCC-S.
